At Just1Card Inc., your satisfaction with YourKard™ is always our first priority. If you pay for YourKard™, and within 30 days of mailing your card, you are unable to use due to a printing problem with your bar codes, you are eligible for a full refund.
You understand that Just1Card Inc. is not responsible for any data entry mistakes made when you enter your information on the web site.
If Just1Card Inc., upon return of the original card, determines it is not able to reprint YourKard™ successfully you are eligible for a full refund. For a YourKard™ paid by credit card or other online payment service, any applicable refund will be issued by applying a credit to the same credit card or service that was used to make the initial payment.
Please note the original YourKard™ must be returned to us before a refund transaction will be processed.
